Tomorrow's Cry is an Alternative Rock band that doesn't get carried away by one sound. They are heavy at times but also soft & sweet with a point, with lyrics of pain, destruction, comfort & love. Their influences range from Pearl Jam to Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd to Nirvana. Hailing from different parts of the U.S., Tomorrow's Cry has different influences but they all have the same goal: Make great music.

Tomorrow's Cry started out in 2000 when Chris Fox (vocals & guitar) moved to Los Angeles to find a few people who shared the same dream as he did growing up with nothing but posters of Rock legends. He performed acoustically at clubs such as The Gig, The DragonFly, Lava Lounge, The Viper Room & The Knitting Factory.
Chris worked at The Highlands Night Club in Hollywood which became the setting for him to find his bass player. After becoming great friends with Tim Zejave (bass), a bouncer at the club, Chris asked him to join his band. Tim, hailing from St. Louis, MO, grew up very influenced by Classic Rock & Metal, & shared Chris' passion for music. They then moved in together to save money & began to practice for some time. They were now ready to find a drummer. Lo & behold, Warren Johnson (drums). Hailing from Washington D.C., Warren is a prize example of what a drummer should be. With unbelievable skills & timing, Warren brought to the table exactly what the band was needing, a drummer with vision & passion.
The three are currently releasing their debut EP titled Seasons & playing shows in the L.A. area. They will play anytime, anyplace, & anywhere with enough time for travel. They will be putting a tattoo on the Alternative scene on this earth or another. New days are upon us, & in these days, there are tears & in those tears there is anger & in that anger there is hope. And then all you're left with is Tomorrow's Cry. |
